Ease In and Ease Out are sticking when I use Them

Whenever I use the Transitions of Ease Out and Ease In they make my frame
jumpy on playback for that image. Can anybody help or tell me if they too
are experiencing this problem? Maybe there is a patch for this?

Perhaps these are just behaving badly during the preview mode. Try exporting
the movie (File->Save Movie file...) and see if the final movie exhibits the
problem or not.

Is the frame "jumpy" when previewing from within Movie Maker or when viewing
the file created by FILE > SAVE MOVIE FILE...a WMV or AVI?
