A subquery will do it ...
SELECT tblTest.*
FROM tblTest
WHERE (((tblTest.TestDate)=(SELECT MAX([TestDate]) FROM tblTest)));
BTW: Date is a reserved word. Using it as a field name will cause you
problems.
