EAPOL service start

Any idea on how to stop EAPOL service from started!!.
Lately after going through a clean installed xp home, I
encounter EAPOL service was started sucessfully under
Event Viewer. I did not install any thing about Wireless
Lan after this install. Any Help!! T.Q
