Each Record Printing on a Separate Page

I have a report created from a query that has 5 records. I set the report up
to print in columns, but each record is printing on a separate page. I know
there is probably a simple reason for this, but I have looked everywhere.
Can anyone help?

Hi,
One thing to check. If you go into the report design view and look at the
properties of the detail section, you will see a "Force New Page" property
under the Format tab. This option should be set to "None."
