Hi I am new to this forum and ask others if they have had the same problems as me with this laptop. I bought 2 of these at Xmas and they haven't worked properly since. Both of them just totally power off, I've had them back to PC World 3 times and each time they state that they are not shutting down with them, they advised me to buy a laptop cooler which I did and they are still shutting down. I have taken them back to factory settings and have anti virus software installed, they are both still under guarantee but feel I am getting nowhere, PC world state they have had no problems with this system and wonder if anyone else is getting the same problem.

Here's my advice to you.Get hold of your reciepts and go back to Pcworl and demand your money back..Go HERE and check out your consumer rights..I would have asked for a refund after taking them back the first time..Don't take no for an answer..And if they try fob you off, tell them that you wil get the trading standards ombudsman onto them....
