E-mails stuck in the DELETE BOX - DON'T SHOW CONTENT - will not be

Please help me delete the emails in my delete box. I cannot not anymore. Over
10 emails are stuck. These emails don't show their content anymore. They will
not accept being deleted anymore. What can I do. I tried to move the system
back in time to check if that would help. But it didn't.
