e-mails stored in access

I am storing my contacts' records in access. One of those
records is the e-mail address.

Does anyone know how to do a mass e-mail with those
records stored in access. I am guessing that there is a
way to import all the e-mail addresses at once into the e-
mail "to:" line.

I am using Outlook express as the e-mail engine.

Can someone help.
