I have a database that works to a tee. I wanted to add a command button that sends the previewed report to a e-mail receipient. I know the basics to make the button by just selecting MAIL REPORT. The problem I'm having is the way the report is sent. I want it to look exactly as the report is displayed. I tried all the various ways to send it (rtf, html, txt, etc.), but its all askew. What way can I send it so it looks the same as it is displayed . I am using Access 2003

The only way I know of to guarantee that the report will look as it does on
the screen is to send it as a snapshot.
If your users don't have Access, they can use the freely downloadable
Snapshot viewer.

There are, however, a number of things you can do to improve the "fit" of
other formats.
The first is to make sure that none of the controls on your report overlap
each other, and that they are all wide enough to display all of your
information.
I've sometimes found I needed to make the control a bit wider for export
than it absolutely needed to be for screen display.
A Google search will probably net you a number of other ideas.
