When I e-mail a picture it only appears below the text. When the receiver
clicks on the attachment to view the picture it jumps out with a message
saying the file does not have a program associated with it. It says to create
an association in the Folder Options Control Panel. However when I get there,
I do not know what to do.

Thanks in advance,

Jim H

Can you view your pictures? Seems this is the receiver's problem, not yours. Tell
your receiver to open the Folder Options, file types tab, scroll down until he/she
sees the extension of your picture and associate it with an application on their
computer.
What is the format of the picture you are sending?
