Windows XP e-mailing cards

When I choose the card I want to e-mail someone I click on e-mail and the message: The specified device is not open or is not recognized by MCI. At the top of the pop up box MCI ERROR is there. Can you help me with this problem so I will be able to e-mail cards again. I will appreciate any help you can give me. Thank You Larry
