I want to send a colleague my full contact list (Outlook 2002) so she can place it in her Outlook address book. How do I do that?
Many thanks. Norm.

Export the contents of your Contacts folder to a .PST file, then send her
the file and she can open it in her copy of Outlook using File | Open --
once it's open in her Folder List, she can either copy the items into her
own Contact folder, or copy the entire folder to her folder list to keep
those contacts separate. She can enable that folder as an Outlook Address
Book by right-clicking it, selecting Properties, then the Outlook Address
Book tab, and checking the box to enable it as an OAB.
