Do you use one of these?

Eudora?
ccMail?
Mozilla?
PC-Pine?
40tude?
Ameol?
Becky?
Incredimail?
Foxmail?
Pegasus Mail?
PocoMail?
Mail Warrior?

You didn't say what mail program your using or what OS but if it's Outlook
Express just do a search on that old drive for *.dbx files, be sure to go
into the advanced search options and check system and hidden files. Once
found just do a File, Import, Messages and point to the folder. The address
book is a *.wab if it's OE.

Unless OE was set to share Outlook's Contacts.
