I cannot send a page by e-mail. I did this very often with windows 98. Does anyone have a fix? Thanks

With what program - I.E.?
What happens when you try?
Is a default mail program specified in Control Panel|INTERNET
OPTIONS|PROGRAMS tab?

No - because you give us no information "cannot send a page by e-mail" tells
me nothing - *HOW* are you sending the page - what do you mean by "page"
come to that - some sort of Office document, a web page, an image, what?
What error(s) are you receiving, if any...?

It is in your own best interests to give us all the necessary information to
begin with so we don't have to keep playing 20 Questions.
 
Ok, details: When I am at ANY internet site, and choose to send that page by e-mail, the following message block appears: Choose Profile, then the highlighted block is "Microsoft Outlook" - at the tools internet options screen, the block for e-mail is blank with no ability to choose outlook express (or anything actually). The news groups block is "outlook express".
