i recently set up a freeserve account
(e-mail address removed)

i can connect and receive mail but when i try to send
some it says there is a problem with my address.
Any hints ?

Contact Freeserve - this is NOT a Windows issue. And it's not very sensible
to publish your email address on an international forum - fortunately for
you, you've spelt it wrong (which is probably the solution to your problem).
You're missing an 's' it should be 'fsnet.co.uk'.
