This is a Windows Vista forum. In Vista, OE was renamed to Windows Mail. Then Windows Mail was abandoned and Microsoft made a new program derived from OE called Windows Live Mail.
What email you use (it appears to be att) is irrelevant to what email client you are using and how you access your email account. Since you don't say what your current email client is, its difficult to suggest anything. If you are using Windows Live Mail, you can unininstall it from Control Panel | Programs or Control Panel | Add / Remove programs.
Otherwise you need to be more explicit in your request.
