I was sending emails just fine for several months. Now when I hit send it
goes to either my outbox or my junkmail box. I have vista. What could cause
that to happen and how to I fix it?

It could be interference from your antivirus program. Which, if any,
antivirus programs do you have on your machine?

It always went to your Outbox and was sent from there. Apply this fix and
then empty the Outbox.
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
