I am unable to send docouments thru e-mail I use msn hotmail I have installed
the new version.When I set to send its the same thing over again

You say you've "installed the new version." New version of what?
Windows Mail can't handle Hotmail accounts.
You will have to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
