I use Widows Mail as my default mail handler , but whenever I click on an
e-mail posted on a site, Microsoft Outlook opens for my reply.
How do I get around this and have Window Mail open instead.
I already set Microsft Outlook as not my Deafault
 
No need to uninstall Outlook, and I'm not so sure that would
fix the problem anyway.

Go to Default Programs, click "Set your default programs"
and wait for it to populate with the program list. Click on
Windows Mail. It will probably respond with "This program
has 2 out of 3 defaults." Then click on "Set this program
as default."

And do this again every time Outlook updates.
