I am unable to send an email from I.E! I have checked Internet options, and
find that in the program tab the email part is blank. How do I make Outlook
Express the email program. Outlook Exprees is shown in the News Group part.

Can you just change it? On the right of the "blank" section is there a drop
down menu box? If so then set it to IE. Are you getting any error messages
when this happens? Are you getting any error message when you try to email?

The drop down menu box is Blank. Nothing at all in it. I have not received
any error message to date.

OE>tools>options>general tab>set as default mail (at the bottom)>apply/ok.

If that fails then:

Go to Start>Run and type the following:

"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg

(Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure that is correct)

Make certain to include the quotations marks and the space between the
ending quotation mark and the slash. Recommend if the path is correct, you
just copy/paste the line above into the Start>Run line.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
set OE as the default mail (and news) program.

Try the reg path as kindly by Mac. If not then try the reset button in IE
under options > programs tab.
