I installed MS Antispyware, now I can send e-mail, but I
can't send e-mail. I get an error message saying, No
unauthenticated relaying permited

Thanks

Well, this could be a tough one to solve where you can and can't send
e-mail. Paradoxes are often tough to solve.

Since you mention unauthenticated relaying which applies when *sending*
e-mail (not when receiving it), my guess is that you get the NDR
(non-delivery report) from your mail server when sending outbound
e-mails. Are you using the SMTP server that your ISP provides? Did you
try configuring your UNNAMED e-mail client's account configuration to
authenticate to their SMTP server?

What Windows version are you running, and what browser
are you using?

However, it'd be useful to know what build of Microsoft
Antispyware you are running--you can find this in Help,
about.

Typical values are 1.0.501, 1.0.509, or 1.0.614. Usually
they are abbreviated to just the last three characters--
..614, for example.

What's yours say?

To answer your questions, Win 2000 Pro, IE, Netscape,
Mozilla Thunderbird, and 1.0.614.

Thanks

This all sounds good, but I can send and receive from
other computers. This is the only one with MS AntiSpyware
on it.

Thanks
