E-mail won't send. Help!!

Someone who wasn't suppoded to used my computer and now every time I try to
send an e-mail it goes into my outbox and stays there. If I open it up and
hit send again it goes into my outbox again. I can receive fine, just not
send. I am using Windows Vista.
If I swith to a different user and use the Windows Mail program it send &
receives fine on that account, but not the primary account.
Help??!!
 
This is my problem too. Have you gotten a response as to why??? I've asked
several people that I have sent the email to and the eventually receive it,
but usually a day later.
help!

That did the trick. I can now Send e-mail again. Thanks to all who responded!

If you continue using a non-compatible antivirus, you may have to
