E-Mail within a website

I need a way for my customers to leave me messages and upload their
pictures to me(like E-mail). I need it to be on my server and not
come through regular E-mail. Must be simple as we are dealing with
the public here. If someone would tell me what kind or the name of
software this is I would do the search.
