e-mail with msn hotmail

I can not send documents from my saved documents file.I use msn hotmail have
upgraded to the new verison as promted but when trying to send mail out get
pop up asking the same thing when i enter my e-address
 
New version of what? Click on that program's help link, then click
'About...' and write down the program name and version number.
Let us know what that is.
