E-Mail to Access

Is there any way to put an e-mail form on a website that
automatically enters the data entered into that e-mail
form, into a form in Access when the sender hits 'Submit'
on the e-mail form?

Try investigating Frontpage, this makes it easy to set up such a form on a website that either then forwards the data by text file to an email address or transfers the data to a database loaded on the site. You then collect the database by either syncro or FTP
