Is there any way of setting up a template?
I want to send someone at work specific information.
For example:

Shipping Date:
Date Received:
Time of Day Received:
Number of Shippers:

I want this person to just copy what I have above and just
fill in the appropriate information. I know they can just
copy & paste. I just thought there was a way of setting
up a template and this template can be saved and used
everyday. There will be more than one person on more than
one work station using this (If it's possible)

Thank you ALL

Setting up a form is perhaps even more handy. When you also know a little
vb-script you can even create workflows in conjunction with Exchange.

For creating a form goto Tools-> Forms-> Design a Form... and choose for a
message or a post (depending on how you are going to use it).

But when you want to create a template simply create a new message and type
your standard text. Now choose Save As... and select to save it as an
template (.oft) file.

Have Fun!
