E-mail Set-Up Issue

I have entered my pop3, smtp correctly, changed my SMTP port as needed and
entered my email address correctly, along with the password for that account.
Yet, none of my emails have imported from my address and my mail gets stuck
in the outbox. I am getting a screem that says "logon to pop.secureserver.net
(1)" - which is my POP server...there's a spot to enter username and
password, both of which I enter. And the screen keeps popping up. Any ideas?
 
1. ) While you are dead set claiming that you had set the account up
correctly, please click the link and compare that with your actual handy
work.

2.) If your mails got stuck in the Out-box, that means your SMTP settings
are INCORRECT.
Pay attention to step #6

3.) There is no such thing as pop.secureserver.net (1)
Please remove the (1)
