E-mail Routing

Hi,

The problem we're encountering is that Outlook 2003 does not route the
E-mails automatically. We have to do 3 manual steps to route the E-mails:

1. Highlight the message body
2. Mark the message red
3. Click "Run Rules Now" button

Anyone knows the problem is?
 
Is this Outlook or Outlook with BCM? One PC or all of them?
If its just rules on Outlook, (Mailbox rules don't run on BCM per se),
delete and recreate the rule first, and if that's not doing it, maybe run the
install CD to repair Outlook. This forum is really just BCM, have you
checked the Outlook discussion groups and asked this there?

I believe it is just Outlook 2003 on one of our pcs. We also tried the
Outlook discussion groups, but there is no response there...
