If you're on an Exchange Server and the recipient is also on that same
server you might be able to recall the message. Open the message in your
Sent Items folder, go to the Actions menu and choose "Recall this message"

Note: It may not work even if you meet all those criteria. If the person has
opened the item already, it's too late.

In a Microsoft Exchange environment, you would go to the sent items folder,
open the item in question and then pick actions > recall this message. Just
so you know, this feature doesn't work most of the time. Therefore the old
rule applies, be sure before you click send.
