Is it possible to remove old e-mail addresses that show up when you visit
regular sites that require address or logins etc. I would rather my current
address or login be the only ones to show up

Thanks

For individual form autocompletes, you will have to highlight (select it) in
the dropdown list and then press the "Delete" button.
Or...
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/217148/en-us#XSLTH3127121122120121120120
"How to use the AutoComplete feature in Internet Explorer 5 and 6".
1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Content tab.
3. Click AutoComplete.
4. Click the appropriate AutoComplete check boxes, or click Clear Forms or
Clear Passwords to clear all saved items from the appropriate AutoComplete
history.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.

Also see if this helps:

Try also...
CCleaner (freeware), from http://www.ccleaner.com/

with that software removing hotfix data making it impossible to uninstall
IE7 and any
other hotfix/update."
