I have about 6 council members on our website. They each want to
receive e-mail when someone clicks on their name. Only they do not
want the e-mail address visible to the person sending it. Can this be
done?

Have the emails go to your server and autoforward from there (e.g.,
mailto:[email protected] and then in your cPanel set up mail to
councilman1 to forward to the councilman's "real" email address).

That depends on the form. If the form uses a hidden field like "<input
type="hidden" name="Email" value="(e-mail address removed)"> spam bots can
still pick it up.

Not really, since the email address ends up in the "TO" field of the email
client program.
However if you do up a "contact" form for each of the six, the email address
can be specified in the actual script. (the FP form handler won't do this).

I wish I were useing cPanel it would make it a lot nicer. But I'm
stuck with Road Runner. control panel. Very Basic. I'll look for a
forward option.
