e mail problems

I seem to have an email stuck on incoming. I can't receive
any emails nor delete any. I just keep receiving the samme
group with about 200 backed up now. The error message is

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Account: 'postoffice.worldnet.att.net',
Server: 'postoffice.worldnet.att.net', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '+OK', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

If there is a Web interface to your POP3 server, use that to delete the
offending message (the one right after the ones that do download). Or else
use one of these:
