E-mail problems

Hi Janice, it would help if you copied the complete error message to us, but
try going to tools>accounts>select your account>properties>server tab> and
use the following settings:
Comcast incoming mail server: mail.comcast.net
Comcast outgoing mail server: smtp.comcast.net

Also please check your PC clock or time zone settings.

Show the full error messages here and you'll get help faster.

If you've entered POP3 and SMTP as the server names, note
that those are invalid server names. Ask your internet provider
for their instructions for setting up a new email account, or call
them for instructions over the phone. The instructions are
likely to be somewhere on their web site, so you might try
searching there.

Or, you could tell us who your internet provider is and see
if anyone here already knows where to find their instructions.

Please fix your computer's time zone. It is set for Pacific, but you
are actually in Eastern.
