Hi Janice, it would help if you copied the complete error message to us, but
try going to tools>accounts>select your account>properties>server tab> and
use the following settings:
Comcast incoming mail server: mail.comcast.net
Comcast outgoing mail server: smtp.comcast.net
Also please check your PC clock or time zone settings.
