e-mail problem

Kevin Croke MLIA \(dip\)

I am unable to use the link within an e-mail. Every time I click on it, it
opens my explorer.
Would anybody be able to help?

Which explorer, Windows or Internet?

What kind of link? E-mail or WWW?

Hi, its an e-mail link and it opens the box that searches your hard drive,
