E mail problem

Hi there!

When I receive E mails that include links to further windows I am unable to
open the link. I point the mouse at the correct position and click but get
no response.
This is a new problem for me as I have never experienced it before.
Have I inadvertently upset some setting?

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might resolve the situation?

I have Windows XP Home edition with Outlook Express 6.

Close IE.

Click Start / Run.

In the Run box, type: regsvr32 urlmon.dll (Be sure to leave a space)

Click OK.

Open IE.

Click Tools / Internet Options / Programs.

Click "Reset Web Settings."
