e-mail pictures

When I go into My files and click e-mail this file (its a
picture), no window appears that will allow me to write
my e-mail, what am I doing wrong.
 
Did you have this window before? if yes, repair this way:
Click on Run, click on Start and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This should do the repair.
