e-mail pictures

I looked at the disscussions and did not find an answer. What settings are
needed to keep pictures from being shown with the message. I want them to go
only as attachments to save send and receive time as I am on dial up using
Adobe and outlook express.

Specifically use of Visual C++ in the .NET environment.
