e-mail pictures not found

when I receive a forward from people who are with comcast I cannot receive
the pictures, but they can open any I send to them, I have noticed that up in
the top there is the subject matter followed by UTF-8 how can I fix this
 
Go to Tools, Safety Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Also, go to Tools, Options, Read, and uncheck "Read all
messages in plain text".

If the problem continues, which antivirus are you running? Some of them
are not fully compatible with Windows Mail.
