e-mail password

i have an e-mail account where the password appears
automatically when i want to log in. so everybody has
access to my mail!! how can i delete this function?

Review the set up options for the mail program. Disable the automatic
download of mail messages, so that a password must be typed in manually.
See the HELP files.
 
Go to tools on the menu bar, click Internet Options then
click the tab "Content". Close to the bottom is a
button "Auto Complete" Click this and make sure there are
no boxes checkmarked.
