E-mail options

Hi all
I have a spam filter moving spams to a junk-folder and keep the real emails in the inbox. When a new email arrive I get notified even if the file was moved to the junk-folder when I only want to get notified when emails are stored in the "Inbox"

Is it possible to set different e-mail options for different folders containing mail and post items

Any idea how to achieve that
