I use contacts to represent households for our non-profit and thus often use
all three e-mail fields (Email, Email 2 and Email 3)
When doing a Tools | Mail Merge, I am only able to use the Email address and
not the other two.
I have tried setting up households as accounts and then individuals as
contacts and its a huge waste of time to keep straight for about 100
households.
