At least, that is wat they say on their site. I watched the demo and found
it quite amazin (In a 'Nooooo! It-has-finally-happened' sort of way).

But since it is freeware, and quite humorous (But not hte ay they mean it)
I'll put the link here: http://www.incredimail.com/

Mind you: I did not download it nor do I have the intention to do so.

I guess ther will be an application that viaualy shows packages moving
through tubes while googling the internet... sad... Very sad...

Hi MightyKitten, yeah Incredimail has been around for quite awhile. It's
a "wrapper" for Outlook and has gotten to be very popular. The free
version runs with an ad. similar to Opera. At least it used to.

Hmmm.... Been there for a while... Never went down that corner before.

I guess it is quite amouzing for some, but I think it will be also a source
of bloating and crahing. Besides, I find adware's even worse then shareware.
I guess I will pass this one...

Thanks for the extra info.

I did a while back.
It's a bastard of a bloater to remove, leaving tons of stuff on the HD and in
the registry.
I will never use that pile of crap again.

GREAT choice not to download Incredimail. I know there are lots of
people out there who like it and I don't mean to offend anyone, but
here is my experience:

1 - I was so bored with outlook I gave it a try. No ads ever did come
up the two weeks I used it..go figure. Just a tagline on all outgoing
mail. I thought it was fun sending all my friends all the animations
and flash and stationery -- one friend finally told me the first email
was OK, the rest were very obnoxious. LOL Thank goodness for honest
friends.

2 - It did crash several times. And of course with all the cutesy
stuff going on, don't expect anything but a basic email program. The
advanced features weren't very advanced at all.

3 - I had to scour google and find a home made patch to export my
mail. Seems Incredimail doesn't ever expect you to drop it, so there
are no export functions.

4 - Now the worst part. The uninstall. I used the add/remove feature
and then ran three registry cleaners afterward and it STILL left junk
ALL over my PC.

Since then I've reformatted, and I wouldn't go near that thing again
if someone paid me. I'm not sure if it phones home or not. But I sure
wouldn't be surprised.

My 2 cents. =)
