E-mail is gone after accepting meeting invitation

After I accept a meeting invitation the e-mail goes away. Is there anyway to
keep the e-mail from being erased and kept in my Inbox for review?
 
there's a setting you can change:

tools | options | Email options | Advanced email options | uncheck "delete
meeting requests from Inbox when responding"
