"E-mail" follows every recipient's address, how do I stop this?

It doesn't affect the performance of the program (Outlook 2000), but it is annoying to see that after each and every recipient's address that I take out of my contact list. Is there anything I can do to eliminate this from displaying

An example would be George W. Bush (E-mail). I just want the "(E-mail)" to not display.

Use search to find it on your computer (may need to use advanced search
options and search hidden and system files) then replace it with the one
you downloaded.

What do I do with the Contab32.dll that I download?
Where does it go, (the web site doesn't say)??
