Hello,

Is it possible to set up a rule in Outlook 2003 so that any e-mail from a
specific domain is placed into a designated folder? For example, if I want
all e-mails from Yahoo! mail accounts to go to a Yahoo folder. I've tried
using *@yahoo.com for the "people or distribution list" criteria but that
doesn't seem to have any effect.

Yahoo probably isn't the best example, but you get the idea. I receive
e-mails from customers and would like to have them sorted by company. I
could add the addresses individually, but I don't always know ahead of time.

Thank you,
Brian W.

Did you try just yahoo.com? I know it will work to use words in the header and add @yahoo.com as the words. However - since you use OL2003, you could use Search folders. Create one for yahoo and in the filter dialog add yahoo.com to the From field. (This is the From field on the first page of the dialog.)
