e mail deleting an account

I have deleted my e mail account from my wifes PC. However when she gets her
mail she also gets my mail. My account does not appear in the mail account
list. Does anyone know why the win mail is still getting mail from a deleted
account?

This is because the two addresses are aliases for the same mailbox on the
server.
