I have a new Laptop and I imported my Contacts list from
my previous PC. This appeared to wrok perfectly in that
the contact list and all the sub-folders associated with
it appears when I start Outlook. All the names,
addresses and all other information can be accessed when
I enter the contact or appropriate sub-folder. I can
add, delete or modify entries as before.
However, when I want to create a new e-mail and click
on 'To...' it displays the contact addresses from the
contact folder but it does not display any of the contact
sub-folders (which it did in my old PC running Windows
ME). My new Laptop is running Windows XP.
How can I make the whole of the contact sub-folder be
available for selecting e-mail addresses?
Help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Yours in anticipation,
Bill

Suggest you try an Outlook group, it's under the Office section.
This is an Outlook problem, NOT a Windows one.

Sorry Gordon,
Today was the first time I have contacted MS groups.
I had posted another question on Windows XP earlier.
My apologies for wasting your time.
Many thanks for taking the trouble to respond.

No waste of my time, but you'll get a much better response in the correct
forum!
