I attempt to open an Attachment that arrives with the e-mail and I receive a
pop-up notice telling me that 'there is no Association for this attachment'.
The pop-up message tell me to go to the Control Panel and form an
Association. I do not understand how to do this. I have tried everything
and have tired to follow their instructions but have not been successful.

Try Control Panel|DEFAULT PROGRAMS|ASSOCIATION A FILE OR PROGRAM
Associate the extension of the attached file with the appropriate program.

As an alternative, download the attachment to a folder of your choice.
Then double-click it and see if it launches the program.

Thank you for your help. I have found the program to change the default for
the attachments. I looked there before but it did not make sense until
someone explains it clearly. This was very helpful.
