e-mail application

Can anyone recommend a good e-mail application that i could use instead of
using Outlook? I'm looking for something that uses less resources but that
can import outlook data as I don't want to loose all my current e-mail.

Any help will be appreciated.

Outlook Express will import Outlook data.
