Is there a way to do a mail-merge or a command to parse out all email
addresses from my contact list so I can email all at one time?

TIA

G'Day,

1. Create a Distribution List

2. View the Folder List
Click on the 'Contacts' Folder
Edit>Select All
Drag the Selection and Drop it onto the 'Inbox' Folder.

Two more methods:

3) Select all, then choose Actions | New Message to contact.

4) Select all, then choose Tools | Mail Merge.

#1 is the most time consuming.

#2-3 should send a message to all addresses in every contact, including fax numbers. You may want to cut and paste from the To field to the Bcc field.

#4 will send an individual message to one address per contact.

I use #4 for my mass mailings.
