e-Mail addresses in Distribution Lists

Many of my contacts have more than one e-mail address. When I include such a
contact in a distribution list, how can I send messages to all of these
e-mail addresses rather than just the one default one? The only way I have
figured out so far is to actually create multiple contact entries for the
same person, one for each different e-mail. There must be a better way?

In the Outlook Address Book each email address is listed separately and can
be added to a DL. The behavior you describe only occurs in the Windows
Address Book.

Outlook version? If Outlook 2000, check Help | About and tell us if you're
in Corporate/Workgroup or Internet Mail Only mode.

Russ,

I am having the same issue. How can I pick which address to add to a
distribution list? It seems that only the primary email address is chosen
(automatically) in Outlook 2003.

The DL dialog in Outlook 2003 lists all electronic addresses, not just the
"primary."
What steps are you using?
